The wait is over and the winner of the first-ever International Employer of the Year is out.

Here are some insights from the competition. The competition was tough. There were ten exceptional employers on the shortlist and all of them had done a great job attracting, onboarding, and retaining international talents.
What made Raami Arkkitehdit stand out and impressed the Award Committee was that their business environment didn’t dictate a need to recruit international talents e.g. to be competent in certain markets. Raami Arkkitehdit had done so solely because they wanted to recruit the right talent regardless of the candidates’ nationality. After daring to make the first international hire that proved out to be successful, they had continued building a multicultural and diverse team of architects.
