As Immediate Past President, I serve as a mentor to the 2026 President and Board, offering guidance, continuity, and strategic insight. By sharing my experiences and best practices, I aim to support the association’s continued growth as we celebrate our 10-year anniversary. Beyond JCI, I bring a people-focused perspective to the Board through my role as an HR Manager in the hotel industry.

I joined JCI United at the end of 2023 to expand my network and grow as a leader beyond my role as a Senior Software Developer. After completing my prospective year, I served as Deputy President, where I strengthened my understanding of servant leadership and board collaboration.

Now, as President of JCI United, my focus is on strategic alignment, empowering board members, and building a culture of accountability and growth. My goal is to create a strong foundation for sustainable success while enabling others to develop as confident leaders within our chapter.

I joined JCI United in 2024, as I wanted to both expand my professional network and meet other internationally minded JCI members in Pirkanmaa. For this, United has been spot on!

As for my profession outside of JCI, I work as an infrastructure engineer in IT sector.

I joined JCI in 2025 with the objective of expanding my professional network and further developing my skills and knowledge alongside other driven and internationally minded professionals. I strongly value the opportunity to exchange ideas, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a dynamic and growth-oriented community.

Professionally, I work as an engineer in an industrial company. Being part of JCI provides an excellent platform to connect with new professionals, engage in insightful discussions, and collaborate in strengthening and developing our organization together.

I joined JCI United as a prospective member in 2024 and was inducted as a full member later that year. In 2025, I had the privilege of serving on the Board as the International Officer. For the 2026 term, I have been appointed as the Board Member for Community (COM). My primary objective is to ensure comprehensive oversight and support for all local projects. A key priority for this year will be the successful execution of the JCI Area C Autumn Conference, which stands as our organization’s flagship initiative.

I joined JCI United in 2024 and it is a great platform to develop my leadership skills and expand my network. Over the last years, I’ve attended inspiring events, connected with incredible people, and made lasting memories.

Beyond JCI, I work as a software engineer in an ICT company while pursuing my Master of Business Administration studies.

I joined JCI United in 2023. I had heard lot of about JCI community and opportunities what membership will bring to the table. I desided to join JCI United because I wanted to develop my professional skills and network with people from different backrounds.
During the years I have been part of some bigger project every year. This year is going to be organization our own chamber events and off course our first regional conference in the Fall.

I joined JCI United in autumn 2019 to build my network after studies and to find a new active hobby. Since then, my passion has grown towards international conferences and everything that comes with them: exploring new countries, immersing in different cultures, and building global connections.

This year, as the International Officer, I’m excited to develop JCI United’s international sector and strengthen our collaboration with other JCI chapters.

Outside of JCI, I have a background in software development and IT, and I’m currently broadening my horizons through Master’s studies in Information & Knowledge Management at Tampere University.

After completing my Master’s degree in Europe, I moved to Finland to build my career as an AI Specialist. I joined JCI United in 2024 to connect with like-minded, internationally-oriented professionals in the Pirkanmaa region. As your IND for 2026, my mission is to prepare our members for the upcoming waves of AI transformation while prioritizing mental resilience and fostering intercultural dialogue. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology and human connection to help our talents thrive in a changing world.
